Gshopx is not liable for any loss of digital goods (e.g., CDKeys sent to the wrong address or intercepted) resulting from typos in the email address you provided or unauthorized access to your email inbox.

4.4 Third-Party Inventory and API Delivery
Many of our digital products (including CDKeys) are sourced and delivered in real-time via integrations with third-party digital goods suppliers and APIs (such as Paypal). While we strive for instant automated delivery upon successful payment, fulfillment is strictly subject to upstream stock availability and API stability. In the rare event of an API failure, network delay, or unexpected out-of-stock situation after your payment is processed, Gshopx reserves the right to either delay delivery until stock is replenished or automatically cancel and fully refund your order.
5.1 CDKey Products & Evidence Requirements
Digital products, including CDKeys, are non-refundable once delivered, exposed, or viewed, due to their single-use nature.
Refunds or replacements may ONLY be granted if:
The key provided is demonstrably invalid, defective, or duplicated prior to your purchase.
Cooperation for Dispute Resolution: If you claim a key is defective, you must cooperate fully with our support team. To process a claim with our upstream digital suppliers, you are required to provide sufficient visual evidence. This may include unedited, full-screen screenshots of the error message, your platform's game library, account purchase history, and in some cases, correspondence with the game publisher's official support team proving the exact date and time the key was redeemed.
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- You fail or refuse to provide the required evidence mentioned above.
- The key has been successfully activated.
- The purchase was made in error (e.g., buying for the wrong platform, region-locked keys purchased outside the specified region, or hardware incompatibility).
- Generally non-refundable once delivered
- If login fails, customer support may assist
In case of disputes:
- You must first contact our customer support
- Gshopx reserves the final right of decision
You agree NOT to:

- User errors
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you
